Pipelife Russia Ltd to Expand Production of PE Pipes

Pipelife Russia Ltd, the business unit of Pipelife International, plans to extend its production capacity up to 40,000-50,000 tonnes of polyethylene pipes by 2010, says Denis Makienko, commercial director of the company. At present, Pipelife Russia turns out annually about 15,000 tonnes of PE pipes.

Therewith, Denis Makienko informs that the company plans to expand the product range by introducing new types of PEPVCPP pipes by 2010. Pipelife Russia intends to launch the production of PE pressure water pipes and PE gas pipes by inner diameter 90-1200 mm and 90-315 mm respectively. The company will start the production of drains on PVC and polypropylene such as PVC CO-EX pipes by inner diameter 90-200 mm and PP Pragma pipes by inner diameter 300-800 mm. The company will also propose sewage manhole systems Pipelife PRO by inner diameter 400-1000 mm. Pipelife International is one of the world’s leading suppliers of plastic pipe systems, currently present in 28 countries.
