The Cold to Influence Russian Metal Market in February
In February the metal market as well as the Russian economy on the whole will hold back their activity and turnover of goods due to the colds. Basic reasons are as follow: incapability of automobiles to transport goods in such conditions, various industrial breakages, overloading in energy consumption. Precise calculations of damage to the industry will come out in spring first, but most probably will not be very significant in numbers.
